My story started when I arrived in the U.S. 16 years ago as a exchange student, journeying without my family by my side. Despite being a top English student in Hong Kong, I faced language barriers and cultural challenges. This journey, laden with obstacles, profoundly shaped me as a product designer. It refined communication and adaptability skills, indispensable tools in the design world.
During my time in banking, I mastered the art of complex client needs and translating them into tangible solutions, which grew my problem solving skills. From childhood sketches, it was clear that I possessed artistic and creative abilities. My hobby guided me towards a degree in Digital Communication and further certifications in UX/UI. My passion for design has been a driving force throughout my life, and the skills I cultivated in FinTech have seamlessly integrated into my approach to designing user-centric interactions.

• Conducted primary and secondary research, including user interviews and competitive analysis, to craft well-informed design strategies.
